Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 1 g salt
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 30 g gelatine
  • 200 g peach
  • 700 g low-fat curd
  • 160 g erythritol
  • 50 g oat flour - CVR
  • 50 g almond flour

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of peeled, pitted peaches to the mixing bowl. Chop for 8 seconds at a speed of 7 rotations. Transfer to another bowl and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the bottom of an 18x18 cm cake pan with parchment paper. Wash and dry the mixing bowl.
