Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 1 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 30 g gelatine
- 200 g peach
- 700 g low-fat curd
- 160 g erythritol
- 50 g oat flour - CVR
- 50 g almond flour
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 grams of peeled, pitted peaches to the mixing bowl. Chop for 8 seconds at a speed of 7 rotations. Transfer to another bowl and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the bottom of an 18x18 cm cake pan with parchment paper. Wash and dry the mixing bowl.
