Ingredients:

  • 15 g maple syrup
  • 180 g Avocado
  • 45 g lemon juice
  • 135 g Plums without stones, dried
  • 35 g Chocolate, bitter

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 135 grams of dried plums (prunes) in it. Pour boiling water over them and set aside for 20 minutes.
