- 500 g millet groats
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 500 grams of millet. Pour the groats into a strainer and rinse thoroughly under running water until the water is transparent. Pour boiling water over it and leave to drain. Preheat the oven to 120℃ with the convection function.
