Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 20 g truffle oil
- 10 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 75 g butter
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Celeriac
- 200 g Potato, long stored
- 100 g parsley root
- 35 g Cream, 30% fat
- 5 g truffle paste
Method of cooking:
- Pour 1000 g of water. Place the first layer of the steam pot on the lid of the bowl weigh out 200 g of peeled and cut into smaller pieces of potatoes, 200 g of peeled and cut into smaller pieces of celery.
