  • 20 g truffle oil
  • 10 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 75 g butter
  • 300 g Cauliflower
  • 200 g Celeriac
  • 200 g Potato, long stored
  • 100 g parsley root
  • 35 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 5 g truffle paste

Method of cooking:
