Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 3 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 25 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g Salmon, raw
  • 10 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the cooking basket in the bowl and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon thoroughly. Remove the waste basket. Add 10 g of stemless parsley, 25 g of pistachios and 25 g of olive oil.
