- 25 g Cocoa, powder
- 60 g Plum jam “Powidła śliwkowe”
- 60 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl, weigh in it 300 g of wheat flour type 405, 25 g of cocoa, add 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of gingerbread spice. Mix the ingredients, put the bowl aside.
