Ingredients:

  • 5 g baking powder
  • 10 g powdered sugar
  • 3 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 50 g sugar
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 200 g pumpkin puree CVR
  • 50 g natural thick yogurt
  • 150 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Install the whisk. Add 200 g of CVR pumpkin puree and 50 g of thick natural yogurt. Mix for 30 s at speed 5. Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of oil and 50 g of sugar, mix for 15 s at speed 5 reverse rotation.
