Ingredients:
- 5 g baking powder
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 3 g sodium bicarbonate
- 50 g sugar
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g clarified butter
- 200 g pumpkin puree CVR
- 50 g natural thick yogurt
- 150 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk. Add 200 g of CVR pumpkin puree and 50 g of thick natural yogurt. Mix for 30 s at speed 5. Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of oil and 50 g of sugar, mix for 15 s at speed 5 reverse rotation.
