  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g grana padano cheese
  • 60 g dried tomatoes
  • 50 g gorgonzola
  • 15 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 250 g spinach

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of frozen butter cut into small cubes, 300 grams of flour and half a teaspoon of salt into the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 14.
