Ingredients:

  • 40 g shallots
  • 1 g hot paprika powder
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 8 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 250 g Pepper, red
  • 55 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g cod tenderloin
  • 1 g Lemon pepper

Method of cooking:

  1. Rub the cod loins with a pinch of salt and a pinch of lemon pepper, gently drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and set aside in the refrigerator. Add 250 grams of red pepper cut into smaller pieces, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 40 grams of shallots, and 50 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Chop for 1 minute 30 seconds at a speed of 13 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
