Naan bread is a traditional dish of Indian cuisine. It is baked in a clay tandoor oven, but you can also prepare it at home in a non-stick pan.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g water
  • 5 g sugar
  • 10 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 120 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 15 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 5 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 25 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl. Weigh out 150 grams of soft butter. Add 2 cloves of pressed garlic, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt to the soft butter. Mix everything thoroughly. Set the bowl aside.
