Ingredients:
- 100 g wheat flour
- 2 g white pepper
- 40 g shallots
- 6 g salt
- 20 g Chives
- 300 g Cod, raw
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Panko breadcrumbs
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of cod, cut into 2 cm cubes, and 40 grams of shallot, cut into smaller pieces, into the bowl, season with a teaspoon of salt, optionally with white pepper. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
