Ingredients:

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 2 g white pepper
  • 40 g shallots
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g Chives
  • 300 g Cod, raw
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Panko breadcrumbs

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of cod, cut into 2 cm cubes, and 40 grams of shallot, cut into smaller pieces, into the bowl, season with a teaspoon of salt, optionally with white pepper. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
