Ingredients:
- 350 g wheat flour
- 150 g water
- 15 g soy sauce
- 40 g shallots
- 12 g salt
- 20 g Chives
- 15 g butter
- 400 g Cod, raw
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
Method of cooking:
- Add 400 grams of cod fillet and shallot cut into smaller pieces, season with salt and white pepper. Add 15 grams of soy sauce. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
