Ingredients:

  • 125 g milk (2%)
  • 2 g white pepper
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 150 g cream 30 %
  • 150 g grana padano cheese
  • 125 g carbonated water
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g leek
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 250 g smoked chicken breast

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of washed and dried leek, cut every 3 cm, into the bowl and chop for 8 seconds at speed 10. Scrape the mixture from the sides onto the bottom of the bowl with the spatula. Add 50 grams of butter and 50 grams of broth paste CVR into the bowl, then fry for 3 minutes at 110°C at speed 2 reverse rotation.
