An exquisite dish in which delicate pasta is perfectly combined with the intense flavour of capers and smoked salmon, complemented by reduced, exceptionally aromatic Żubrówka vodka.

Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 50 g shallots
  • 200 g pasta
  • 15 g capers
  • 100 g Spirits (40% volume)
  • 10 g garlic
  • 4 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 300 g Salmon, smoked
  • 15 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of peeled shallot, cut into smaller pieces, and 2 cloves of peeled garlic into the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Scrape the contents with the spatula onto the bottom of the bowl. Add 30 grams of olive oil.
