Potato dumplings
Dumplings - an unusual stuffing made of raw potatoes, known primarily to the inhabitants of the eastern parts of Poland, deserves recognition. They taste best when fried.

Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 9 g salt
- 15 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 350 g wheat flour, type 550
- 30 g Oil, rapeseed
- 800 g Potato, long stored
- 250 g normal sausage
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 800 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt into the bowl. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 40 seconds at speed 10.
