Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 9 g salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 350 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 30 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 800 g Potato, long stored
  • 250 g normal sausage

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 800 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt into the bowl. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 40 seconds at speed 10.
