Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 400 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 200 g Barley groats
  • 25 g parsley leaves
  • 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 70 g clarified butter
  • 30 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a basket on the lid of the bowl and weigh 200 g of barley groats into it. Rinse the grits under running water. Set aside.
