Guacamole
Guacamole is a traditional Mexican dish made from ripe avocados mixed with tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice and salt. The finished paste has a creamy consistency and an intense fresh taste. Guacamole is often served as a dip for tortillas or nachos, but it can also be used as a dressing for grilled foods, salads, or sandwiches.
