Ingredients:

  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 5 g lemon peel
  • 40 g almond flakes
  • 10 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 20 g Bread crumbs
  • 25 g parsley leaves
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • 30 g wheat flour 450
  • 1000 g carp fillet

Method of cooking:

  1. Season the machine-cut carp fillets with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Set them aside. ​
