Ingredients:
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 5 g lemon peel
- 40 g almond flakes
- 10 g garlic
- 9 g salt
- 20 g Bread crumbs
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 30 g clarified butter
- 30 g wheat flour 450
- 1000 g carp fillet
Method of cooking:
- Season the machine-cut carp fillets with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Set them aside.
