Whisky Sour

Whisky Sour is a classic drink made of whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. It is a drink that surprises with its simplicity and complexity of taste . The Angostura used in this drink is a dark red vodka from Trinidad and Tobago that contains 23-45% alcohol. Ingredients:

  • 40 g sugar syrup - CVR
  • 80 g whisky
  • 80 g lemon juice
  • 30 g chicken egg whites
  • 1 g Angostura

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Pour in 80 g of whiskey, 80 g of lemon juice, 40 g of sugar syrup, 30 g of egg white and 4 drops of Angostura. Close the bowl with the lid with the measuring cup. ​
