Gin Sour

Gin Sour is a classic drink with gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. It is a combination of lemon juice, dry gin and tasty sweet syrup. The Angostura used for this drink is a dark red vodka from Trinidad and Tobago that is 23-45% alcohol. It is also an aromatic spice that can be added to mixed drinks and various dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 40 g sugar syrup - CVR
  • 80 g lemon juice
  • 30 g chicken egg whites
  • 80 g Gin
  • 1 g Angostura

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Pour 80 g of gin. Add 80 g of lemon juice, 40 g of sugar syrup, 30 g of egg white, 4 drops of angostura. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
