  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 100 g grana padano cheese
  • 150 g dried tomatoes
  • 20 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 900 g of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 2 cm cubes. Set the bowl aside.
