Ingredients:
- 900 g chicken breast
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 250 g mozzarella
- 100 g grana padano cheese
- 150 g dried tomatoes
- 20 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 40 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 900 g of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 2 cm cubes. Set the bowl aside.
