Ingredients:
- 180 g powdered sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 200 g butter
- 120 g Walnuts
- 250 g wheat flour, type 550
Method of cooking:
- Add 120 g of whole dry walnuts to the bowl. Grind for 30 s at speed 11. Open the bowl and use a spatula to scrape the nuts from the sides.
