Vanilla rolls are small rolls made of shortcrust pastry in the shape of a crescent. After baking, the rolls are covered in powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 210 g butter
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 280 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of whole dry walnuts to the bowl. Grind for 30 s at speed 11. Use a spatula to scrape the nuts from the sides.
