Ingredients:

  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 120 g Walnuts
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 550

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 120 g of whole dry walnuts to the bowl. Grind for 30 s at speed 11. Open the bowl and use a spatula to scrape the nuts from the sides.
