Bear paws
Bear paws are a classic type of Christmas candy that must not be missing during the holidays. The dough is baked in baking forms that were originally shaped like animal paws or buckles. After baking, the bear's paws are immediately removed from the hot forms and coated in powdered sugar and vanilla while still warm.

- 250 g powdered sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 50 g Lemon
- 250 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 150 g Walnuts
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
Method of cooking:
