A dish the Greeks have never heard of... Its name is probably rooted in Polish stereotypes of Greek cuisine. It therefore derives from the key role of vegetables in Mediterranean cuisine in general, which is considered one of the healthiest not only in Europe, but also in the world.

Ingredients:
- 1340 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 90 g extra virgin oil
- 1 g baking powder
- 1 g bay leaves
- 250 g carbonated water
- 220 g Onion, raw
- 75 g sugar
- 12 g garlic
- 650 g Carrot
- 90 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 160 g leek
- 700 g Oil, rapeseed
- 80 g Celeriac
- 120 g parsley root
- 3 g potato starch
- 1500 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
- 700 g tomato passata
- 170 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 1000 grams of water, 90 grams of cooking salt and 60 grams of sugar into the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at speed 16 reverse rotation.
