Ingredients:

  • 1340 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 90 g extra virgin oil
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 250 g carbonated water
  • 220 g Onion, raw
  • 75 g sugar
  • 12 g garlic
  • 650 g Carrot
  • 90 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 160 g leek
  • 700 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 80 g Celeriac
  • 120 g parsley root
  • 3 g potato starch
  • 1500 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
  • 700 g tomato passata
  • 170 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 grams of water, 90 grams of cooking salt and 60 grams of sugar into the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at speed 16 reverse rotation.
