Savoury herb pancakes
Savoury pancakes with Polish herbs taste great with a cream cheese filling, such as horseradish flavoured, with cold smoked salmon, drizzled with lemon juice and sprinkled with lots of chopped chives.

Ingredients:
- 1 g extra virgin oil
- 120 g carbonated water
- 1 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 120 g Milk UHT, 1.5% fat
- 15 g Dill
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 90 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add fresh herbs chopped to 3 cm pieces into the clean and dry bowl. Chop for 4 seconds at speed 20.
