A delicious no-bake cake with a flavour we all know well, lots of cream and an unusual addition in the form of expanded wheat grains. It tastes best firmly chilled.

Ingredients:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 660 g cream 36%
- 50 g butter
- 100 g Milk UHT, 1.5% fat
- 225 g biscuits
- 50 g honey
- 200 g Chocolate, white
- 300 g Chocolate, milk
- 120 g Orkisz ekspandowany
Method of cooking:
- In a bowl on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 80 grams of expanded spelt. In the other bowl, weigh out 40 grams of expanded spelt. Set aside.
