Ingredients:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 660 g cream 36%
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g Milk UHT, 1.5% fat
  • 225 g biscuits
  • 50 g honey
  • 200 g Chocolate, white
  • 300 g Chocolate, milk
  • 120 g Orkisz ekspandowany

Method of cooking:

  1. In a bowl on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 80 grams of expanded spelt. In the other bowl, weigh out 40 grams of expanded spelt. Set aside.
