Ingredients:

  • 50 g rum
  • 300 g dried poppy
  • 70 g candied orange peel
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 110 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g Walnuts
  • 40 g Raisins, dried
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 40 g Plums without stones, dried
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 870 g milk, 2% fat
  • 120 g honey
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g Apricots, dried
  • 450 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of milk, 20 grams of sugar, 70 grams of butter, cut into smaller pieces, and 20 grams of yeast into the bowl. Heat for 4 minutes at 40℃ at speed 1.
