Ingredients:

  • 60 g ginger root
  • 80 g pecan nuts
  • 720 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 100 g honey
  • 200 g oatmilk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 720g of unsweetened plain yogurt, 100g of honey, 200g of plant-based drink or milk, 60g of ginger, 80g of pecans into the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds on high speed. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula and mix for 15 seconds at speed 20.
