Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 50 g spelt flakes
  • 15 g sugar
  • 25 g salt
  • 50 g Rolled oats
  • 600 g Wheat flour, type 750
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 50 g Rye flakes
  • 50 g barley slices

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams each of rye, barley, oat and spelt flakes into the bowl. Grind for 1 minute and 15 seconds at speed 19.
