Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 50 g spelt flakes
- 15 g sugar
- 25 g salt
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 600 g Wheat flour, type 750
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 50 g Rye flakes
- 50 g barley slices
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams each of rye, barley, oat and spelt flakes into the bowl. Grind for 1 minute and 15 seconds at speed 19.
