Ingredients:
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 320 g blueberries
- 220 g maple syrup
- 400 g Avocado
- 600 g oatmilk
Method of cooking:
- Add 400g of ripe, peeled and pitted avocado into the bowl, 320g of blueberries, 600g of plant-based drink or milk, 220g of maple syrup. Add a pinch of black pepper and mix for 20s at speed 15. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula and mix carefully for 20s at speed 20. Serve immediately.
