Ingredients:
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 5 g sugar, brown
- 80 g shallots
- 250 g pappardelle pasta
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 g chili flakes
- 60 g Spirits (40% volume)
- 12 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 25 g Oil, olive
- 70 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 90 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl, add 50 grams of parmesan. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 15 seconds at speed 16. Open the bowl, put the Parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.
