  • 60 g Spirits (40% volume)
  • 12 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 70 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 90 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl, add 50 grams of parmesan. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 15 seconds at speed 16. Open the bowl, put the Parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.
