Ingredients:

  • 30 g peanuts
  • 60 g peanut butter
  • 60 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 300 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 180 g banana

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 180 grams of bananas, cut into pieces, 300 grams of natural yogurt, 60 grams of milk, 60 grams of peanut butter and 30 grams of unsalted peanuts into the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 15.
