Ingredients:

  • 1 g cardamom
  • 50 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 170 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 400 g mango
  • 10 g honey

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 400 grams of peeled, ripe mango, 170 grams of natural yoghurt, 10 grams of honey, 50 grams of milk and ΒΌ teaspoon of ground cardamom into the bowl. Mix for 15 seconds at speed 15.
