- 800 g coconut milk
- 80 g shallots
- 400 g vegetable broth
- 20 g garlic
- 240 g Carrot
- 8 g salt
- 12 g Chives

- 120 g String-beans, raw
- 160 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Put a small bowl on a lid. Weigh out 250g of peeled carrot cut into slices and set aside. Weigh out 150g of peeled parsley cut into slices and set aside.
