  • 160 g parsley root

Method of cooking:

  1. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Put a small bowl on a lid. Weigh out 250g of peeled carrot cut into slices and set aside. Weigh out 150g of peeled parsley cut into slices and set aside.
