Ingredients:
- 1200 g water
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 120 g shallots
- 240 g grey shrimp
- 12 g salt
- 120 g butter
- 1140 g canned corn
- 40 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk, add 120g of butter, 120g of finely chopped shallots and roast for 3min at 110°C at speed 3. Add 1140g of corn, 12g of salt and 1200g of stock and cook for 8min at 110°C at speed 5. After cooking, mix for 60s at speed 20. Roast the shrimps in a pan with olive oil and butter, add salt to taste and serve with the shrimps.
