Ingredients:

  • 1200 g water
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 120 g shallots
  • 240 g grey shrimp
  • 12 g salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 1140 g canned corn
  • 40 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Install the whisk, add 120g of butter, 120g of finely chopped shallots and roast for 3min at 110°C at speed 3. Add 1140g of corn, 12g of salt and 1200g of stock and cook for 8min at 110°C at speed 5. After cooking, mix for 60s at speed 20. Roast the shrimps in a pan with olive oil and butter, add salt to taste and serve with the shrimps.
