Ingredients:

  • 8 g ground black pepper
  • 4 g marjoram
  • 160 g shallots
  • 1000 g broth paste
  • 20 g garlic
  • 160 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g Sausage “Domowa”, pork and beef
  • 320 g Lentils red, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 120g of butter, 160g of finely chopped shallots, 4 cloves of chopped garlic into the bowl and roast for 2min at 110°C at speed 4.
