Ingredients:
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 3 g vanilla extract
- 60 g sugar
- 1200 g Lard
- 1 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 600 g wheat flour, type 550
- 20 g Spirit (95% volume)
- 120 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 220 g Milk, 3.2% fat
- 250 g Marmalade, all flavors
Method of cooking:
- Take all ingredients out of the fridge 30 minutes before you start kneading the dough. They should be at room temperature.
