Ingredients:

  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 3 g vanilla extract
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1200 g Lard
  • 1 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 600 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 20 g Spirit (95% volume)
  • 120 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 220 g Milk, 3.2% fat
  • 250 g Marmalade, all flavors

Method of cooking:

  1. Take all ingredients out of the fridge 30 minutes before you start kneading the dough. They should be at room temperature.
