Curd doughnuts baked in the oven are a healthier alternative to traditional fried doughnuts. They contain curd, which gives them a delicate flavour and fluffy texture. They are slightly crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. When baked in the oven, they are lighter and less calorific.

Ingredients:
- 3 g baking powder
- 1 g vanilla extract
- 90 g sugar
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 500 g low-fat curd
- 300 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of curd, 2 eggs, 90 grams of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the bowl. Mix for 25 seconds at speed 8. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the top/bottom heating function.
