Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 140 g Cucumber
  • 200 g Apple
  • 200 g Orange
  • 10 g Wheat, bran
  • 12 g Walnuts
  • 100 g banana
  • 40 g spinach
  • 30 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of banana, cut into pieces, and 140 grams of green cucumber, peeled and cut into pieces, into the bowl. Add 200 grams of peeled, cored apple, cut into pieces, 30 grams of parsley, 40 grams of spinach, 200 grams of peeled orange, cut into pieces, 10 grams of wheat bran, 3 walnuts and 250 grams of water.
