These patties are a quick and easy idea for a meat-free lunch for the whole family. Their taste is reminiscent of traditional pierogi ruskie (Polish dumplings with potato and cheese filling).

Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 130 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g fat curd
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 350 g medium potatoes
  • 200 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 350 grams of peeled potatoes. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and place them in the basket.
