These patties are a quick and easy idea for a meat-free lunch for the whole family. Their taste is reminiscent of traditional pierogi ruskie (Polish dumplings with potato and cheese filling).

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 130 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 250 g fat curd
- 25 g Oil, olive
- 350 g medium potatoes
- 200 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 350 grams of peeled potatoes. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and place them in the basket.
