- 100 g water
- 50 g blueberries
- 30 g peanut butter
- 10 g Linen seeds
- 5 g lemon juice
- 90 g banana
- 100 g mango
- 150 g Skyr natural
Method of cooking:
- Add 90 grams of banana, 150 grams of natural skyr, 100 grams of mango (fresh or frozen), 50 grams of blueberries, 30 grams of peanut/almond butter, 150 grams of water, 10 grams of linseed and 5 grams of lemon juice into the bowl.
