Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • 10 g Linen seeds
  • 5 g lemon juice
  • 90 g banana
  • 100 g mango
  • 150 g Skyr natural

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 90 grams of banana, 150 grams of natural skyr, 100 grams of mango (fresh or frozen), 50 grams of blueberries, 30 grams of peanut/almond butter, 150 grams of water, 10 grams of linseed and 5 grams of lemon juice into the bowl.
