Ingredients:
- 300 g vanilla cream cheese
- 48 g almonds, sweet
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 24 grams of almonds. Set aside. Weigh out 150 grams of Skyr yoghurt and set aside. Eat the weighed products as a snack at any time of the day.
