- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g extra virgin oil
- 100 g canned chickpeas
- 6 g cumin seed
- 5 g fresh mint
- 5 g lemon peel
- 150 g greek yogurt
- 4 g baking powder
- 50 g pomegranate
- 1 g chili flakes
- 50 g Onion, raw
- 120 g kale
- 10 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 30 g lemon juice
- 30 g Rolled oats
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 5 g potato starch
- 100 g Peas green, frozen
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the cup and weigh out 150 grams of natural, thick yoghurt in it.
