  • 6 g cumin seed
  • 5 g fresh mint
  • 5 g lemon peel
  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 50 g pomegranate
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 50 g Onion, raw
  • 120 g kale
  • 10 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 30 g Rolled oats
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 5 g potato starch
  • 100 g Peas green, frozen

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a small bowl on the lid of the cup and weigh out 150 grams of natural, thick yoghurt in it.
