Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 8 g marjoram
  • 40 g garlic
  • 300 g Apple
  • 20 g salt
  • 200 g white dry wine
  • 2000 g Duck, whole

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out about 2000 grams of duck. Set the bowl aside.
