Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 8 g marjoram
- 40 g garlic
- 300 g Apple
- 20 g salt
- 200 g white dry wine
- 2000 g Duck, whole
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out about 2000 grams of duck. Set the bowl aside.
