Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 40 g extra virgin oil
- 10 g fresh mint
- 20 g almond flakes
- 10 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 6 g lemon juice
- 600 g aubergine, raw
- 400 g natural thick yogurt
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 210°C with the grill function. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 20 grams of almond flakes in it. Set the bowl aside.
