  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g extra virgin oil
  • 10 g fresh mint
  • 20 g almond flakes
  • 10 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 6 g lemon juice
  • 600 g aubergine, raw
  • 400 g natural thick yogurt

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C with the grill function. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 20 grams of almond flakes in it. Set the bowl aside.
