  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 250 g carbonated water
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 480 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 230 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 250 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 130 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour water into the bowl. Place the basket with eggs in the bowl. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
