- 500 g water

- 100 g gorgonzola
- 250 g carbonated water
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 480 g chicken eggs, whole
- 230 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 250 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 130 g Oil, rapeseed
- 15 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
