Ingredients:
- 1.2 g ground black pepper
- 5 g turmeric, ground
- 260 g chicken fillet
- 85 g Apple
- 1.2 g salt
- 3 g lemon juice
- 20 g mustard
- 100 g Buckwheat groats
- 8 g honey
- 5 g Oil, rapeseed
- 120 g Beetroot, boiled
- 10 g radish sprouts
Method of cooking:
- Salad: Add 85 grams of quartered apple, 120 grams of cooked beetroot, 3 grams of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper into the bowl. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Chop for 25 seconds at speed 7. Move the salad to a bowl and set aside.
