Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 30 g soy sauce
- 4 g chili powder
- 2 g baking powder
- 25 g carbonated water
- 3 g salt
- 30 g Corn flour (maize flour)
- 70 g wheat flour, type 550
- 400 g condensed coconut milk
- 815 g Oil, rapeseed
- 30 g Coconut flour
- 20 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
Method of cooking:
- Cut 300 grams of chicken breast into cubes, marinate in 30 grams of soy sauce. Season with a pinch of salt, optionally a teaspoon of chili and put in the fridge.
