Ingredients:

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 4 g chili powder
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 25 g carbonated water
  • 3 g salt
  • 30 g Corn flour (maize flour)
  • 70 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 400 g condensed coconut milk
  • 815 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 20 g Shredded coconut meat, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut 300 grams of chicken breast into cubes, marinate in 30 grams of soy sauce. Season with a pinch of salt, optionally a teaspoon of chili and put in the fridge.
