This version of the classic hummus is enriched with roasted peppers. It combines the notes of chickpeas with the deep, slightly sweet taste of roasted, aromatic peppers. The addition of garlic, olive oil and cumin in the background gives the hummus a distinctive aroma that awakens the senses.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g canned chickpeas
  • 8 g cumin seed
  • 60 g Tahini
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 40 g lemon juice
  • 500 g Pepper, red
  • 60 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C with the fan function. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 500 grams of deseeded red peppers, cut into quarters.
