Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 200 g dried tomatoes
- 40 g pickled dried tomatoes
- 6 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
- 400 g broccoli, green, raw
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 200 g black lentils
Method of cooking:
- Put a steamer on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 400 grams of broccoli divided into tiny florets. Set the steamer aside.
