Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 200 g dried tomatoes
  • 40 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 400 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 30 g parsley leaves
  • 200 g black lentils

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a steamer on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 400 grams of broccoli divided into tiny florets. Set the steamer aside.
